Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: September 4, 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that Allset Proptech Pvt. Ltd. ("AllSet") has collected about you through our WhatsApp and Instagram messaging automation, or through our admin console. For a full description of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

Send an email to connect@allset.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", from an address you can be reached at, including the WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, or admin console login number the data is associated with.

What happens next

  1. We verify the request against the phone number, Instagram account, or login you provided.
  2. We delete the associated conversation history, lead records, and stored media from our systems — Google Firestore, PostgreSQL (Supabase), and Google Cloud Storage.
  3. We confirm completion by replying to your email.

This is separate from our default retention schedule — data is otherwise automatically deleted 6 months after it is received, as described in our Privacy Policy. A deletion request removes it sooner.

What is not affected

Data we are required to retain to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations may be kept for the period required by law, even after a deletion request.
